National Account Manager - Remote (TX)

Location: Dallas, TX

Under the direction of the VP of Sales – National Accounts, the incumbent will be responsible for managing and growing our sales within major convenience store (c-store) chains, including 7-Eleven and other key accounts. This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive 360-degree strategy to drive long-term profitable growth. In addition to managing key c-store accounts. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of c-store dynamics to optimize revenue streams and expand market reach.

Candidates must reside in Texas or West US to be considered for this role.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions

Develops, maintains, and improves client relationships across the country for 7 Eleven and other Major C-Store Chains

  • Develops and implements a sales plan to meet or exceed annual sales goals by working together with VP of Sales to determine KPI’s necessary to drive desired results.
  • Builds 360 plan leveraging current sales resources to drive growth and focus through current Key Account Team and Regional Sales Employees
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders at the headquarter level through monthly touchpoints with buyers.
  • Conducts quarterly business reviews and recaps performance of products.
  • Builds developing channels while working with Marketing to understand approved classes of trade, while meeting approved channel level I:N goals.

Forecasts, reports, and analyzes market trends.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and develop a club pack that will drive desired sales, focused on profitability and operational efficiency for both good2grow and the customer.
  • Analyzes market trends and competitors to develop strategies to increase sales.
  • Provides sales forecasts and reporting on key metrics.
  • Represents good2grow and generates new business leads.
  • Attends trade shows and events to represent the company and generate leads.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the club channel
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong relationship building and networking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Experience in the beverage industry
  • Self-starter with a passion for sales and drive to succeed.
  • True hunter mentality with desire to capture untapped markets.
  • Analytical in nature with an understanding of P&L’s and utilizes that framework when establishing strategies.
